I was visiting Hobart for work and I was in the mood for some delicious oysters and seafood. Pearl + Co did not disappoint. On entrance to the venue I was greeted by a very lovely wait staff who was very attentive to my requests. Being gluten intolerant and dairy intolerant, there was a large selection for me to choose from. I started with their delicious oysters in a Pearl mignonette sauce, followed by a cured/raw plate of tuna, octopus and snapper. Everything was so tasty and fresh. I also ordered the side of edamame, broccoli and bok choy salad with a gluten free sauce that was divine. I could have eaten 10 of the side salads alone it was that moorish. Would highly recommend this venue, with great water views by day and ambient setting at night.

Food was sensational. We each had starter, main and a share desert. Everything was superb. The scallops dish was a highlight. Highly recommend. They also cater to allergies with many gluten free gf and dairy free options.
