During our short visit to Hobart we visited Pearl+Co twice on consecutive days. Their understanding of coeliac safe food was wonderful and the food was outstanding. Everything beautifully cooked and delicious.

The food was totally delicious. We had 3 courses each and every one was well presented and tasted superb. The wild oysters were enormous and tasty. The lemon pepper squid was great and served with green salad and fresh pickled onions. The seared scallops were plump and served on a delicious parsnip mash and accompanied by a green sauce and bacon crumb. The miso hapuka was juicy, tender and served with pickles. The apple pie and eton mess finished a wonderful lunch. It was a delight to have the kitchen adjust dishes to suit gluten and dairy allergies. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
