Everyone needs to order the Saigon Pancake!!! It's hot, but fresh, light but satisfying, and with the dipping sauce, delightfully savory/sweet. Bonus: Gluten free! It's a busy, bustling place, so not recommended for a romantic dinner (think more casual night out). The service was fantastic. My server, Xandra, was so friendly and attentive even while juggling multiple tables.
