Pearly Cow, Margate

Booked here for lunch after reading about it in the Michelin Guide. Great location and good views of beach from the terrace . Waiting staff were very good. The menu was interesting but very thin. I asked if they could do the seafood platter for one instead of 2 people. I got told they weren't currently doing the seafood platter. I was highly disappointed. I asked what I could have as fancied fish instead of steak. The fish of the day was Lemon Sole. The waitress asked her chef if they could do the Lemon Sole: Gluten Free, Black Pepper and bone free. He agreed to this. I had fresh 2 fillets of Lemon Sole, Samphire, capers and broad bean. Another member had tempura prawns, only recieved 4 prawns, tempura wasn't that crispy. Another had steak, which was served cold originally and then reheated.
