Excellent knowledge of gluten free requirements, gluten free ice cream cones available and server explained clearly which ice creams were not GF. Server had excellent knowledge re cross contamination concerns. She washed her hands before touching the GF cone and washed the scoop. Definitely recommend for those with Coeliac
