I'm gluten and dairy free, and they were able to accommodate me with a grilled chicken salad with no cheese or croutons. If you're not dairy free, the items they hand bread are made with cornmeal, so those items will be gluten friendly. Watch cross-contamination, though. I'm not 100% certain the chicken wasn't grilled where other things had been. For me that's not usually a problem. If it is for you, keep it in mind. You could also get a salad without the meat. I also got thousand island dressing, and it was so yummy! I wondered if it was homemade, it was creamy and seasoned so well.
Update: definitely cross-contamination... Or else the thousand island had dairy in it when most of the time that type is perfectly fine.
In reply to the owner: I woke up at 5:30am with diarrhea. That's my cross-contamination indicator. It's not your fault. You guys tried. And you really did. I loved that you all were trying to brainstorm with me. But others who are as sensitive or more than me *need* to know. Unless you can tell me if there was dairy in the thousand island dressing, then it wasn't cross-contamination but my own fault for not vetting it better. This is totally not on you, nor a reflection on you and how you prepare food, but just giving real, needed information to those like me who desperately need the info.
