Peel Wood Fired Pizza

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Peel Pizza in O'Fallon, Illinois, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. The food and service were absolutely fantastic (ask for Matt Holtgrewe and you will not be disappointed), and I was particularly impressed with the fact that they offer gluten-free options. The pear salad was a delightful start to the meal, with its fresh and crisp flavors. The assortment of wings and pizzas was simply mouthwatering, and each bite was filled with deliciousness. However, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the smash burger. It was hands down the best I have had in a long time, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I would also like to commend the ownership for getting everything right. The attention to detail and the commitment to providing a great dining experience was evident throughout my visit. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for a place that offers great food, excellent service, and a wide range of options including gluten-free choices, Peel Pizza is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend it and would like to extend my kudos to the ownership for their dedication to delivering a memorable dining experience.

Brian and Joe are fantastic at the bar up top! Lots of tv’s for sports stuff!😂 Great place to meet friends for a bite to eat or celebrate sports stuff!😂 One of my most fav memories happened right here! They also have gluten free pizza for my friends with allergies. Fun place!
