Although they have Gluten free on their menu they do not know what it is at this location

This is NOT a real Pei Wei. It has the Pei Wei name but does NOT adhere to national Pei Wei recipes. Despite the national chain having numerous gluten free items, this place only has 1 gf item on the menu. When I asked, they said the chef decided to “do something different with the sauce.
