We order take out from this location about once a month and sometimes eat at the restaurant, too. The food is almost always cooked perfectly and it never has the burnt flavor that we've noticed at the Pei Wei location in Surprise. On the extremely rare occasion that they get something wrong, I talk to the manager and it always gets resolved to our satisfaction. Also, they have gluten free options and the ability to steam the chicken, which my wife likes. Using the app allows us to take advantage of specials, accumulate points, and earn free meals.

Clean facility and quick service. The staff was very helpful with questions regarding ordering (gluten-free and vegetarian options) and had plenty of recommendations. It was not as busy this visit, but we usually only wait about 10 minutes for a to-go order.
