Vandy is amazing! We rolled in, travel-weary from a cross-country road trip and she greeted us with kindness. Then, she helped me navigate the gluten-friendly options for the kids. I was craving something spicy, so she suggested the coconut curry and helped me sub GF noodles instead of rice. It. Was. Epic. (Side note: I cannot understand why other restaurants choose not to educate their staff on allergy protocol as well as Pei Wei) Vandy brought plates and gluten free soy sauce to the table. She anticipated every need. Give this girl a raise!
