Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

We order from PEI WEI very frequently and we use Door dash, This past Saturday 10/1 we ordered $132 worth of food and it was Horrible. I called to make sure they received my order and explained to them I would like rice with the meals and when you order through the door dash online menu for them Rice isn't an option? You also have to request certain changes or it doesn't let you order? The guy I spoke with told me no problem he will make sure they get changed. Nobody really seems like they want to talk to you either when you call everything seems to be a problem with them. The food came and it was truly lacking in all the quality you would usually get from PEI WEI and especially for the money you spend. This is truly disappointing as they are usually spot on but the last few times things have not been good. The food lacked taste and the orders were even wrong. You order extra chicken or steak and you get hardly anything at all. We have ordered consistently from this PEI WEI at least 1 or 2 times a month but may have to reconsider. My wife has Celiac disease and they are usually very good about allergies but not so much this time around.

Last night we ordered takeout from Pei Wei on federal highway pompano beach. I have very sensitive Celiac disease and usually do not eat out and if I do I always regret it instantly. Well last night was a complete surprise! I have the Gluten free sweet and sour chicken which had a bread like coating, which instantly made me hesitate. I waited until today to write my review because I thought for sure I was going to be sick. My food tasted great and even better I did not react one bit! THIS LOCATION NAILED IT! I am so great full that I called and spoke with The manager named Major and thanked them for being so careful. It is very hard with celiac disease to eat out and feel normal with friends and family. So thank you Major for making this girl feel secure enough to eat out again!
