Josh and Brady were awesome. I have celiac and they made a call to the owner about ingredients for the brown butter bourbon ice cream. It had gluten and it made my ordering easier! The young man who took our order commented in his favorite, which is what I ordered—strawberry cheesecake, YUM!!! These boys were so kind and gracious hosts at Pelican’s—We’ll definitely return!!
