Pelican Jo’s is my go to for gluten free pizza. Last week I got the specialty Artichoke Chicken: Alfredo Base, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Chicken, Bacon. I substituted the Alfredo with pesto. Then tonight I got the Chicken Mango Habanero. They load up on toppings and I’m all for it! They also have gluten free house made cheesecake! The workers are helpful, speedy, and friendly!

We needed a place for a quick lunch while we were in town and found this place. The manager was great. I've never had gluten free crust, but I loved it. I typically like a thin crust, but I think I liked the gf even better. I would go back if I'm ever in the area again
