First, I am gluten free (not by choice), and the gluten free crust is one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve ever had. It actually looked so much like normal pizza that I had to ask to make sure it was gluten free before eating it. I understand that the gluten free crust is imported in from Italy (not the typical cracker crust cauliflower). It had volume to it and even some “fluff” like you’d get in a good regular crust. Beyond the highlight of the stellar gf crust, all of the food was very good. The service was also very good. I ate with my toddler and infant with me and the server was accommodating and helpful with them. I live an hour away and stumbled on this place, but will be coming back now.
