Paulo was absolutely exceptional. I have celiac disease, so it can be a bit challenging for me to choose what to eat—especially when there’s no dedicated gluten-free menu. Paulo was very knowledgeable about the disease and helped me select a safe and suitable dish from the menu. I didn’t experience any issues with my health. A great destination for out of town visitors who have a dietary restriction such as celiac disease. Pepe’s is a restaurant that caters to dietary restrictions and ensures proper cross-contamination prevention. Pepe’s is sensational! In fact I ate lunch at the facility two days in a row. I recommend the carnitas and chips and salsa. Ask for a side of rice and black beans no cheese (if dairy free). Note: The fryer is cleaned over night and “only” the chips are fried in the fryer in the am prior to other foods being immersed. Ask for Paulo, the waiter, and your service will be top-notch. Thanks Pepe’s for all that you do!

Paulo was a great server! Very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu... Even for my friend with Celiac! We enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day!
