I was invited to a friend's wedding dinner party last Saturday. I was so delighted by the restaurant's many gluten-free options—literally, most of the food they served was gluten-free. The staff actively asked me if I had celiac disease after I mentioned my allergy, and every time they served food, they confirmed with me whether it was safe to eat. When the menu included non-gluten-free options, they also provided special alternative dishes, which made me feel so welcome. Thank you all from Pepito's. You gave me such a wonderful dining experience.
