Hello,
My wife has celiac and we are looking to dine at a Chinese restaurant that serves gluten free, knowledgeable of celiac , and cross contamination. We live close by and would love to dine at your restaurant . Somebody with celiac gave a very positive review on Find Me Gluten free

Very good sushi. The Chinese has improved since it was Taipei Tokyo. Friendly service. They accommodate gluten free diners very well.
