Pepperoni Grill - Memorial Rd

Recently my my husband and I dined here for lunch. We both ordered pizza, but my husband ordered gluten free crust. When they arrived, my husband’s was obviously not gluten free. We called our server over and he was so apologetic. We were not upset in the least. While waiting for the kitchen to correct their mistake, the manager came to our table and told us that our entire meal would be taken care of by him. Not at all what we expected! Customer service at its finest! Yes, we tipped our server based on what the total would have been! Thank you, Pepperoni Grill!

We got a fantastic to go order and enjoyed all of our dishes. My son got the spaghetti and meatballs and really enjoyed it. Even though the meatballs were a little spicy. I got the gluten-free penne with meat sauce and it was fantastic. The pick up process for to go orders is very quick and efficient. The young lady who helped us at the check-in counter, was very helpful and sweet. Will definitely be coming back as my son really wanted to eat at one of the tables.
