Have breakfast with a voucher for a luxury breakfast with bubbles. My husband has to eat gluten-free and I had communicated this in advance. We immediately received a bowl with 2 croissants, not gluten-free. After I reported this, 2(!) small gluten-free rolls were laid out in a bowl at the sandwich table, after which the waitress placed several regular rolls on top. The other waiter then said something, after which the girl put the regular sandwiches in another bowl and brought both bowls to our table. For those who know what gluten intolerance means, this is not done due to cross-contamination! There was only 1 jar of syrup, 1 jar of chocolate spread and 1 already opened jar of jam (!?) on the table even though there were 2 of us. The fried egg with bacon was very tasty. The toppings were against each other, with a mini wrap in the middle, so again cross-contamination. It's a shame that such a renowned business has not taken intolerances much into account. The service was friendly, but made a hectic impression.
