I’ve been living in Pasadena since 2011 and somehow never knew about Perry’s Joint… literally a few blocks away from me. That’s one thing that truly surprised me. The fact that it’s so hidden it’s not wonder it remained a total mystery for so long. I’m glad I finally found out, feel like a true local now.
99% of the sandwich places I’ve been I ask “hey do you have gluten free? Can you do a lettuce wrap?” And they go “uhhhh no sorry” …at Perry’s they said absolutely and made me the best lettuce wrap I’ve ever had. EVER. And that was just one sandwich on the menu, there are so many amazing things I can’t wait to try!
