PERSIL - Cuisine Pesco-Végétarienne et Gastronomie Healthy Paris 11e

This was the prefect spot to satisfy everyones needs, even my carnivorous brother enjoyed the food! The chef was super kind and adjusted the green tea gyoza with rice wrappers to make them gluten free. The eggplant roll was lovely and herby, they made it without cheese for me :) They didn't have any VG GF options for dessert on the menu that so the chef made us a special coconut and chocolate treat with coconut cream which was actually the highlight of my meal! The chef clearly has a unique creative flair! Thank you for having us and we will be sure to visit again when we return to Paris.

Really cute place, nice atmosphere and service :) We chose it because it was very inclusive with dietary requirements - had vegan and gluten free options - but also was satisfying for the meat eaters with their amazing fish options! They have been raved about in NYT for their dishes and rightfully so since the food is amazing. The chef is the loveliest lady! You go girl! Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
