Great lunch or dinner spot with thought through rotating specials and accompanied libations. The flat grill doesn't share foods that have gluten or dairy, making gluten free dairy free options possible (I double checked with the owner.) They can adjust your order accordingly. The ingredients in my salmon was just smoked salt and salmon, no oil making it effectively clean diet, clean eating and probably kosher by default.
