We came at 9.30pm without reservation on a Monday and were lucky to get a last minute reservation on-site for 11pm. It was worth the wait!! Perfect local wone, greek salad with ingredients from a farm nearby, eggs with tomatos, goat cheese platter - you could taste how fresh everything was! Please offer in the future also gluten-free bread/pita for the unfortunate ones:)

Exceptional. We booked months in advance on the recommendation of the staff of the best Greek restaurant in Brussels. It is a must go if you go to Crete. For us, the best restaurant in Crete along with Salis. The letter of suggestions is highly recommended. Perhaps for a second occasion I would have ordered the vegetables (a dish of lemon mushrooms) and the grilled fish with less oil, since they come with plenty of oil, but in general everything was exceptional. Peskesi is the best of Heraklion, even better than the historical attractions. They adapted the menu to gluten free
