Petite Suzette in Conroe has amazing food (when I asked for gluten free they had the Nordic crepe gluten free option). It was superb and the accompanying salad was delicious. The prices are reasonable.

We had a business brunch Sunday. What a perfect place! The service was great and as someone who is gluten free, I could eat almost everything on the menus. I will be going back and making my way down the crepe list!
