One of the best cider houses I have visited in the Basque country. It is one of the few cider houses that is open all year round, so you can take advantage and go at any time. The menu we took consisted of cod omelette, hake neck and txuleta as well as the typical dessert of walnuts and cheese with quince and all the cider you wanted in the txotx style! (It consists of getting up and going to lie down whenever you want from the barrels where they are kept). The quality of the food was exquisite. They also have gluten-free bread and most of the food is suitable for celiacs. The service was very friendly and fast. The spectacular atmosphere and decoration maintains the charm of the cider house.
