I had a very tasty meal at Pancake Hameln. Unfortunately, they write on the homepage that you can simply order flour-free and therefore gluten-free and then give you a “small” selection and you can’t try many things at all. But the food is still worth 5 stars. It was very tasty.

Very nice staff, super large selection of pancakes... Both sweet and savory... Also gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan... Everything is possible. The atmosphere in a listed building is very cozy, even if you might be a little surprised by the slightly sloping floor on the upper floor :) in summer it is also possible to sit outside (inner courtyard).

Simply overwhelming - very positively surprised. Discovered by chance on a small side street while most restaurants were closed on Boxing Day. A charming, rustically furnished restaurant, the staff - despite the full house - are nice and extremely friendly. The offer is simply fantastic and, above all, there is something for everyone - including vegan, lactose or gluten-free. We really enjoyed it and we'll definitely be back! Thank you very much for the great hospitality.
