This is our favorite pho in the city! And gluten friendly too! Pho is gluten free (without hoisin sauce). Vermicelli is also gluten free (without spring rolls). Staff communicate clearly and confidently about gluten and other ingredients.

Honestly the best pho I've ever had! The pricing, portions and taste is amazing and the service is always so friendly. A family member with celiac disease wanted the vermicelli bowl, which normally includes spring rolls that contain gluten, they happily subbed them out for extra chicken at no extra cost
