We highly recommend Phil’s on 17th, the food is always amazing and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to Suzanne our server. Suzanne and her team are very attentive. We enjoyed the delicious food, especially the Taco bowl and the variety of different gluten free options. Our favorite drinks are the mimosas 🥂. We always looking forward to the seasonal menu.
The atmosphere is very unique and authentic. It could use some updates on the decorations like pictures and flowers arrangements but we love how Phil’s keeps the dining rooms original.
