GF waffles are available but they are made in the same waffle iron as regular ones. Dedicated GF toaster available. All items- eggs, bacon, pancakes, French toast etc, made on the same flat top with no separate pan available. They are upfront about not a being gluten safe facility. Would not recommend for celiac.

Everything Gluten free is made in house. Food and service is exemplary. It was so nice to eat out and have it taste homemade.
