Don't trust what the menu says. They have a section of gluten-free options, marked with allergen symbols, but some desserts labeled gluten-free and vegan actually contain dairy. This means they are not truly vegan. It would be ideal if they clarified this information to avoid confusion, since no one was able to adequately answer my questions.
