Pho Café 31

I really love this place!!!! They make great food. Always so flavorful, so many gluten free upon request items. My favorite so far is their fried rice gluten free entree. Been here 4 times. And I will continue to come back. I love their pho, I believe it is very flavorful, I believe the comments about it lacking are due to them having a preference of a more sweet broth. However I don’t understand what they mean by the pho is watery, pho is like a rice noodle soup. It’s going to have water. Besides the point. I have had 3 different dishes and each time I was happy with the flavor. Favorite place to eat at the moment.

They were very accommodating for my wife's gluten free allergy, great customer service and even greater food. I had the #14 and it was great. The wife had the Lemon grass chicken(gluten free) and she said it was very good. I would absolutely come back!
