This is the best pho in southeast Hillsborough County. They have great service and can customize any dish. Lots of gluten free options as well.

Attention vegan and gluten-free free eaters (I’m not but try to be one for a week here and there). You need to try this place. They have a dish called Bún Chay (VS) that you will not believe doesn’t have pork in it. But it’s 100% meat free. Delicious and you’ll come right back for more. Never found another Vietnamese restaurant with this dish prepared like this.
