Pho Binh

This is such a gem of a restaurant in Katy! The food is always top quality and flavorful. They can kindly accommodate a few dishes to be gluten free! The pho broth is one of the best - it’s rich and complex. They also have amazing drinks. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and it was perfect. Highly recommend! My husband raved about the mango sriracha wing appetizer! He said they were perfectly crispy but not greasy. I enjoy the casual vibe of the place and it’s very clean.

I absolutely love this restaurant, it is my Go-To pho and banh mi place! Their pho broth is richer and is more intense in flavor than other places. The beef pho is what I usually get and my wife gets the chicken one, I highly recommend either. My wife has a gluten allergy (celiac) and they are always more than helpful trying to ensure her safety by paying close attention to all ingredients and cross contamination.
