Been here a few times. It has been consistently good, and excellent for celiac friendly gluten-free options!

The owners are so nice and really care about their customers. The pho is really great and so is the bubble tea. Great news gluten intolerant, the pho is good and You can even have noodles! However it's not safe for celiacs. They say it is but I've been glutened 2/3 phos I've had and won't be going back. The meat is a little spicy but in a good way. There's lots of flavour in every bite!
