Pho Ha Noi

I love Pho Ha Noi ! My mom and I frequent this place and it's great. They offer a wide variety of things from a big hot bowl of comforting bun bo hue to the refreshing, cooling, and crisp bite of Vietnamese spring rolls. If your server is Nathan I highly recommend the iced coffee. He makes a wonderfully sweet and balanced cup of Vietnamese iced coffee! This is not what one would expect but the fish sauce chicken wings are probably the best chicken wings I've had in all of gainesville. They're succulent and crispy and have a dreamy yet bright flavor. I would also like to note that my mom has a severe gluten allergy and the staff i spoke to was very careful in checking the ingredients of menu items so that we knew what was safe or unsafe for her to eat (e.g. she can't eat soy sauce or shrimp paste because these ingredients contain gluten) This was greatly appreciated.
