Pho Happy Bowl

Our friend is gluten-free and was looking forward to being able to safely order off an Asian menu. We brough the kids and everything--the pho was to die for. Our waiter was so helpful with explaining things as some of us were pho novices, and literally everyone's dish was to quote the kids, "bussin'". Among us we had the filet mignon, short rib, chicken, and shrimp pho--everyone was happy. The bone broth was cooked for over 12 hours and you could taste the love. While I didn't have it, they mentioned the 24 hour vegetarian mushroom broth, which I think I would like to try next time. All the accoutrements were fresh and delicious. If you're not interested in pho, there were other menu items (rice dishes, etc.) A really wonderfully night out for all of us!

Glad that my favorite restaurant is back in a new location. As always, food is delicious, some new additions to the menu that is worth trying like lotus salad and short rib pho. Place is gluten-free friendly and very affordable.
