The best pho I've ever had... rare beef, 3 lime wedges, extra cilantro, extra bean sprouts small, extra scallions... no sauce needed. Gluten free!

Wonderful, fresh pho that you would never guess came from a food truck! Moves around different parts of DC 1030am-245pm (I think) Monday-Friday. The 2-3 workers are so efficient and kind, especially the gentleman who takes your order. The Vietnamese coffee is also tasty, and the spring rolls/summer rolls also look fresh. Don’t let a long line dissuade you. You’ll leave with a warm bowl of goodness and a smile on your face. As always, pho is a great gluten free option.
