Obsessed with this place! I have been ordering the beef pho for years now and yesterday was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. I called to make sure the dish was gluten-free mostly because I am so new to this and have no idea what I'm doing. The woman on the phone was so sweet AND when my order got delivered they wrote a cute note on it saying it was gluten-free and all good for me! It was the most thoughtful thing and quite literally made my tragic-carb-losing day so much better.
