I love Pho Minh Ky! We are so lucky to have a Vietnamese restaurant of this quality on the North Shore. As a celiac, I am grateful to be able to continue dining here.
I had a large pho with beef (GF) and my husband had the vermicelli bowl with pork and egg rolls. We also shared tofu summer rolls (GF). Everything was outstanding, as always. I felt great afterward and hope to return soon.
