They make their broth in-house and it’s gluten free meaning the pho is gluten free (always with rice noodles anyhow). Although dishes like egg rolls and such are not gluten free the place was safe in terms of cross contamination as long as you notify the wait staff. I enjoyed eating here as my first gluten free pho outside home 🙂
