Delicious beef pho! Lots of gluten free options.

Fantastic every time!!! I tried the tofu vermicelli today which was delicious. Milk teas are always on point. In the past I’d usually get the pho as comfort food.. I think the veggie broth could use a little more spice/seasonings, but that might just be personal preference. I believe they offered chili oil or something similar which was good. tofu is nice and crispy, lots of veggies that are cooked well, portions are great - i get at least two servings out of one meal, sometimes three. Prices are also reasonable for Bozeman, especially considering the portion size. Servers are always nice and attentive regardless of staffing or how busy it is. I also have dietary restrictions and appreciate that they discuss that with you. ) Favorite spot in town! I’ve introduced a couple of friends and they were very happy with the quality. The only real struggle is tight parking in the evenings. There is more information on their website but not a lot of signage at the location, I would recommend that to the owners/staff if possible. It would also be awesome to have gluten free banh mi buns!
