Pho Sai Gon

Their vegan pho is the best in KC! (#8 veggie pho with veggie broth). The broth is amazing and I even tried going back to my old pho place once, but can't un-taste the deliciosity that is Pho Saigon's veggie broth. As well as the mix of veggies they use (who knew I loved radish so much?!?) and generous portion sizes (you also pick from 3 sizes: small, normal, and size of your head lol) Their tofu fresh rolls #27 are also my favorite, filled well, great with the peanut sauce. And they have a toppings bar that makes this by far the best for bean sprout, jalapenos, lettuce, cilantro, lime, and spice addicts like myself. I don't have to take out a second mortgage (or 1, have to have a house for that...) to add the extras I normally get at a restaurant! Coworkers and friends who aren't vegan absolutely love this place too. Also gluten free friends have been safe with the #7 and the staff are very knowledgeable in steering you to the right choice and preparing the food for your needs.
