I love eating here. This is your typical hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant, but ranks towards the top of my list in that category. I almost always get a medium combo pho with tea and some chili oil on the side and I'm never disappointed. Their chicken pho and spring rolls are also good. These dishes are naturally gluten free as long as you avoid the hoisin and peanut sauces. I usually have them bring me some sweet chili fish sauce to accompany the spring rolls in place of the peanut sauce. I'm celiac and have never had an adverse reaction eating here, nor has my sister who is 10 times more sensitive to gluten than I am. I highly recommend this place if you are in Brighton.

Such a nice place! Friendly staff and the Pho 🍲 is gluten free!! The broth was perfect and the brisket and steak were so tender and fresh! Generous portions even the sides of limes and bean sprouts. The spring rolls were also fantastic not tough or chewy but soft and tasty. We will definitely be back! Ps for gluten free no sauces were gf Besides Sriracha.
