Pho Viet Flare is a great pho restaurant. The atmosphere is casual. The staff are very friendly and helpful, open to answering any questions. I have eaten here several times with no complaints. The brisket was great and the broth was not salty, but rather flavorful without relying on too much sodium. I will certainly be going again.
