Phyre Saloon and Steakhouse

What can I say if you've never been to Phyre....Go now! Don't let the sleepy town feel of St. Cloud fool you. This place is Phyre (yes pun intended!) Atmosphere and good is fabulous! They even have a gluten-free buns for their sandwiches and burgers. Allison is so attentive and great as a server! 5 plus stars for her! Haven't done brunch but that's next on the list!

Food is consistently delicious. Drinks are amazing. Great bar and selection of liquors. Servers and bartenders are on it for you and have all the answers for you. Have allergies? Need a gluten free option? They make it happen. Try it! You won't be disappointed. Oh and try their phyre fries. They are made there.

Bless them, they have gluten free buns and they know how to serve them. A delicious mushroom-swiss burger on a *steamed * GF bun. I've been GF 10 years now -it's hard not to be resentful when your friends are enjoying juicy burger heaven while you're stuck bun-less, or with some soggy wreck of a lettuce wrap. It was a relief, a surprise - a delight. Points off for old/cold fries (it was Sunday, it was an hour to closing), also the bar was good and service was great, so I'm happy to recommend Phyre to anyone, including those with the World's Most Boring dietary disability. Many reasons to come back and check out their intriguing and varied menu.
