Best pho in Denver (and gluten free options)

Beware new owners. I’ve ordered reliably from Pho Fusion for 8 years and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately that was not the experience tonight. This has been the only place to serve gluten free egg rolls that I have ever found. Apparently the new owners don’t believe in consistency, communication, or quality. Received my order tonight to find 4 puny frankenfood egg rolls wrapped in who knows what. I called the restaurant to find out the new owners don’t think it’s important to put changes to their menu on their website. If could eat gluten I wouldn’t touch those “egg rolls” with a 10 foot pole. Even the insides were barely an excuse for food. If this is a sign of things to come I fear for the rest of what this place used to serve.
