Pho Kietzke is our go to place. We always get take out but keep meaning to dine in to get the full experience. Staff is very knowledgeable about what is gluten free. I usually get the Pho which definitely is Gf. The owner is often there and is so friendly and kind. Clearly wants to make sure you have a good experience. Food is fresh and delicious (approved by my Vietnamese friend too so you don’t have to take my word for it).
