This was absolutely a great experience. I am Celiac so it is important for me to feel like the server is knowledgeable about what items are safe and how the food is handled as far as cross contamination goes. The Pho WAS AMAZING!!! Everything was fresh and I feel great so no gluten issues! I will go back time and again!
