They say the gluten free option is not appropriate for you if you are celiac, which any reasonable person would assume means that there is cross-contamination, which is usually okay for those of us who are intolerant. But from what I saw while I was there, the gluten free crust is not appropriate for anyone even with a slight sensitivity or even a preference for gluten free. I watched the staff member grab some “gluten free” dough and then douse it in regular flour repeatedly while he moulded it into shape, also coated the cooking paddle in regular flour. I know it was regular flour because I asked him and then promptly cancelled my order. Offering a gluten free item and accepting the possibility of cross contamination is one thing, but it seems useless and even harmful to advertise a gluten free item that, cross contamination aside, is not itself gluten free.
