I went to this piadina shop because on the site it is indicated as a place that supplies gluten-free piadinas for AIC-certified celiacs. Unfortunately I was told that they don't have gluten-free wraps so I couldn't eat anything. Untrustworthy site information. Sin

It said on the site that gluten-free options were available, but in reality they are not. It's not just gluten-free wraps but also other options such as french fries: if you have celiac friends, go somewhere else.
