Terrible burnt pizza with nothing on it. If you don't know how to do things don't do them (I'm referring to gluten free)

I waited a long time to write this review, because I am a regular customer and I understand that a bad night can happen, but when the months go by and the level gets lower and lower, then there must be something wrong. Burnt pizzas, raw pizzas, missing ingredients, pizzas not cut when required out of necessity, gluten-free dough more like mush than pizza, dough that they make you drink all day. It's a real shame because they have always been punctual, but now the quality of the past is only a vague memory

Pizzas that are a work of art.... I got a gluten-free pizza which was delicious... dough, ingredients.... Everything fresh and cared for. My husband a pizza with wholemeal dough. .. top .. Truly the best in Genoa for pizza. The owners and girls are super nice and friendly. A thousand thanks.
